LCK is pleased to welcome Adam Lynch to its team as Preconstruction Services Manager, a
newly created position that will expand the firm’s current project management service offerings. In this role, Lynch will be responsible for managing,
budgeting, cost control and value engineering for assigned projects. Additionally, his estimating expertise will be leveraged to enhance the LCK project
management platform to include line-item estimating as a stand-alone service.
“Adam has a wealth of experience in project management, budgeting and accurate cost estimation,” said Mickey Layden, president of LCK. “This new Preconstruction Services offering will allow us to prepare market-tested project budgets and identify more detailed cost savings early in the planning process of our clients’ projects. As we continue to expand our services and geographic footprint, specialized, talented individuals like Adam contribute to our objective to exceed client expectations.”
Previously, Lynch has provided preconstruction services and cost management from both owner’s representative and independent cost consultant perspectives. He has prepared detailed cost estimates at all design phases and utilized those estimates to monitor project budgets for assignments as complex as a multiple-public-building program worth in excess of $500 million.
Lynch is the most recent specialized addition to LCK’s project management team, further fulfilling the company’s goal to enhance and deepen internal resources to better serve LCK clients.
