Kenneth Rawls serves as project manager at LCK and is responsible for management of a variety of renovation and greenfield construction projects. His background in general contracting, combined with a wealth of facilities and project management experience, serve as a platform for his work with LCK clients. He provides leadership in pre-construction activities, project planning, team selection, design oversight, and construction management. In these endeavors, he has successfully met the challenges of compressed deadlines and phasing of construction while schools and businesses remain open for operations.
Much of his experience has been gained through work at Newberry County Schools and Richland County School District One. Prior to joining LCK, he was project manager for a $40 million bond project to renovate and construct new football stadiums and athletic practice facilities.
