LEED GREEN ASSOC
As a Project Manager for LCK, I serve as an owner’s representative and consultant for institutional and corporate clients as well as developers and nonprofits. I have been involved in a variety of projects, ranging from new construction to renovations and countless leasehold improvements. I have extensive knowledge of the construction process, with a focus on the contractor’s perspective, which allows me to effectively drive projects to successful completion on behalf of my clients while being attentive to quality control, scheduling and cost management.
I use the knowledge that I have gained from past projects to help anticipate and solve complex problems while ensuring that all projects are kept on schedule and under budget. I pride myself on building and maintaining client relationships and being there for clients throughout the entire process of each project.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in Construction Science and Management. Since obtaining my degree, I have worked in several fields of construction including high-rise office buildings, municipal buildings, multi-family, mixed-use, industrial and retail.
In my career, I am proud to have built a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from multi-family and retail to tenant upfits and adaptive reuse of historic buildings. I have worked with clients to successfully navigate the lengthy LEED certification process and am a LEED Green Associate.
Outside of the office, I spend my time enjoying fly fishing, golf and following Clemson athletics. I am an Eagle Scout and an avid outdoorsman. I am a member of the Grace Church Downtown where my wife and I volunteer with the children’s ministry. We also volunteer together with our community group at the Ronald McDonald House as well as other local charities through which we can make an impact in our community.
