The Foundation first approached LCK to assist with property assessment services for acquisition of their proposed new home. That role later expanded to planning, team selection and management of design and construction for a renovation of the entire facility to create new administrative offices and meetings spaces for the Foundation. The 10,000 square foot project was completed on time and on budget.
