LCK is pleased to announce Doug Vincent’s promotion to Senior Project Manager. Vincent has been part of the LCK upstate team since joining the firm in early 2020 and has led numerous projects to successful completion during his tenure.

LCK has been selected to serve as the owner’s representative and project management lead for the development of the Greenville Spartanburg International Airport (“GSP”) Parking Garage C and the Consolidated Rental Car (CONRAC) Facility, which will be located adjacent to the terminal building. ​

Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Brian Davis, Director of Project Management Services | Charleston for LCK, Colliers’ project management partner, is the recipient of the 2023 ONE Colliers Award. The award was presented at the Colliers/LCK annual Awards Celebration held at Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia on February 21, 2024.

Alex Seglem joins LCK as Project Manager in Charleston office

LCK announces that Alex Seglem has joined its project management team in the Charleston office as Project Manager. Seglem will fulfill the role of project manager and owner’s representative for assigned LCK construction and renovation projects. He will be responsible for leading teams of selected contractors, architects, engineers and various consultants while managing project budgets and schedules. ​

Dale Stigamier named President of LCK; Mickey Layden continues as CEO

LCK recently announced that Dale Stigamier has been named President of the company. This strategic appointment is in response to the tremendous growth that LCK has experienced over the past decade and positions the firm to continue that success under his leadership well into the future. In his role as President, he will assume more executive responsibilities across LCK’s footprint within the state and beyond while leading a team of project management professionals. ​

Zack Young joins LCK as Project Manager in Columbia office

LCK announces that Zack Young has joined its project management team in the Columbia office as Project Manager. Young will fulfill the role of owner’s representative for assigned LCK projects with an initial focus on preconstruction and project planning activities. His experience in development of mixed use and resort properties will be a valuable asset as he works alongside LCK team members and clients to execute projects in the municipal and private sector arenas. His keen analytical skills and background in coordination of entitlement activities will play a vital role as new developments kick off and progress through feasibility stages to construction. ​ ​

LCK promotes David Myers to Director | Operations and Scott Burriss to Director of Project Management Services | Columbia

LCK is pleased to announce the creation of two new leadership positions. David Myers has been named Director | Operations and Scott Burriss has been promoted to Director of Project Management Services | Columbia. In the newly created Director | Operations role, Myers will serve in a leadership capacity in the delivery of preconstruction services for LCK’s clients while also being responsible for administrative operations statewide. As Director of Project Management Services | Columbia, Burriss will utilize his strong managerial experience in leading a team of project managers in the delivery of LCK’s platform of services to clients in the Midlands region.

Colliers | South Carolina and LCK offices pledge over $110,000 to United Way

Colliers and LCK staff across South Carolina participated in a “Colliers Gives” campaign to raise funds for local United Way agencies and to volunteer with Home Works of America. Colliers | South Carolina and LCK staff and the company have pledged $112,144 in contributions to United Way of Greenville County, ​ United Way of the Midlands, United Way of the Piedmont and Trident United Way. The pledges reflect a per capita contribution of $696.

Maggie Stackley joins LCK as Preconstruction Services Manager in Columbia office

LCK announces that Maggie Stackley has joined its project management team in the Columbia office as Preconstruction Services Manager. In this role, Stackley’s responsibilities are focused on the front-end phases of LCK’s assignments including conceptual planning, estimating, negotiation of contracts, cost management and value analysis. Her efforts are then leveraged to accelerate the successful execution of the final design and construction of both greenfield developments and renovations.

Max Kastenholz promoted to Assistant Project Manager at LCK

LCK is pleased to announce that Max Kastenholz has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager in its Charleston office. As Assistant Project Manager, Max will be responsible for working with LCK clients in the capacity of owner’s representative for the execution of development of renovations and greenfield construction projects. He brings to the Charleston team not only his technical strengths in mechanical systems, but also skills he has developed through his prior preconstruction activities including quantity takeoffs, cost management and value analysis. ​ These attributes will be leveraged to accelerate the planning and design phases of LCK’s projects in the market.

LCK promotes Satyam Pachori to Project Manager

LCK is pleased to announce the promotion of Satyam Pachori to Project Manager. Pachori joined the LCK team in 2019 and has leveraged his education and skills to provide outstanding preconstruction and project management services to LCK’s clients. ​ In his new role as Project Manager, his responsibilities and portfolio are being expanded as he more independently represents owners to renovate and construct new commercial and industrial projects

Shanel Matthews joins LCK as Project Coordinator

LCK welcomes Shanel Matthews as its newest member of the Columbia team of project management professionals. As Project Coordinator, Matthews brings to LCK a unique background in administration and social media strategies. In this newly created role, she will be responsible for maintaining LCK’s branding through website management and social media presence. In addition, she will perform key administrative functions which support project management services provided to LCK clients.

Scott Burriss joins LCK as Senior Project Manager

LCK proudly announces the addition of Scott Burriss to its Columbia team of project management professionals. Burriss brings a diverse technical background and broad management experience to his new position. His initial focus will be on industrial renovations and new development projects. As a Senior Project Manager, Burriss will take the lead in the selection and oversight of contractors, design professionals and consultants for assigned projects.

Max Kastenholz joins LCK as Preconstruction Services Manager in Columbia office

LCK announces that Max Kastenholz has become the latest addition to its Preconstruction team in its Columbia office. As a Preconstruction Services Manager, Kastenholz’s efforts at LCK are focused on the front-end phases of project execution, including estimating, cost management and value analysis which is leveraged to accelerate the planning and design phases of projects. In addition, he assists in peer review of design and construction documents to identify coordination and/or scope matters that require corrective action.

LCK Welcomes Doug Vincent as Project Manager

LCK is pleased to announce the addition of Doug Vincent as Project Manager to its Greenville, South Carolina team.

 

Vincent relocated to the Greenville area from Charleston a little over a year ago. He has over 20 years of facilities and project management experience including directing South Carolina’s first LEED Silver Certified K-12 public school project. Doug’s background offers LCK’s clients a tactical approach as an owner’s representative in project planning, team selection, design oversight and construction monitoring.
