Maggie works on LCK's preconstruction services team which focuses on the front-end phases of project management. Her role includes preparing comprehensive development budgets and line-item estimates with a high degree of accuracy at all phases of a project.

Alex has over 14 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He leverages his technical education and construction experience to be a good steward of the financial resources of others in the budgeting and execution of his assignments.

Max's efforts are focused on assisting in document reviews and quantity takeoffs, preparing preliminary estimates and performing coordination-related functions, including estimating, cost management and value analysis which is leveraged to accelerate planning and design phases.
