Area of Expertise

I oversee the day-to-day management of a team delivering project management services for ground-up and renovation projects across a variety of commercial, industrial, retail and institutional developments. I develop strategies that enhance LCK’s service platform, maximize profitability and support the effective delivery of project management services.

My strengths in relationship management, team building, budgeting and scheduling enable me to lead teams and clients through complex projects while ensuring successful outcomes. I also serve as an executive project manager and relationship manager for clients and continue to personally oversee new construction and renovation projects while supporting business development efforts in the Charleston market.

My past signature projects include industrial facilities such as the 477,000‑square‑foot Gerber distribution center; hospital and medical campuses such as the Providence Northeast orthopedic conversion; educational and institutional renovations including work for The Citadel; along with financial institutions and religious facilities.

More recent assignments include work for legal and corporate clients such as Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough; municipal and public projects for the Town of Mount Pleasant and the City of Georgetown; and workforce development and training initiatives with ReadySC and the South Carolina Technical College System.

Business and Educational Background

I began my career with LCK as a Project Manager in Columbia, SC in 2004 and in 2015 volunteered to relocate to Charleston to fulfill the company’s corporate goal of expanding its market share in the Lowcountry region.

Prior to becoming involved in project management, I served for three years as an owner’s representative for a major petroleum corporation, managing site remediation projects and environmental compliance at sites throughout the Southeast.

Community Involvement

I am regularly involved in Colliers/LCK quarterly service projects with organizations such as HomeWorks, Charleston Animal Society, Lowcountry Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity. In 2013, I also served as the project coordinator for a HomeWorks initiative.
