As Director | Operations, I serve in a leadership capacity in the delivery of preconstruction services for LCK’s clients while also being responsible for administrative operations for LCK’s four South Carolina offices and the execution of select projects. I offer a unique perspective as a project management professional who is a licensed engineer and a former executive for a general contractor and construction manager.

I have worked in the construction industry on a variety of projects ranging in complexity. In every endeavor, I always seek to be forthright on expectations and diligent in my efforts to meet our clients’ needs.

With my technical experience, I work closely with clients in developing solutions, resolving conflicts and leading the team forward with a plan for execution. This takes a balance of both cautiousness and urgency which are natural to me. I take pride in the meticulous process I go through on every construction project to help mitigate potential constructability issues or risk while engaging my team for creative solutions. I am always thinking of effective ways for improvement and this process starts in preconstruction. My goal is to provide an efficient and reliable service as an integral member of the project team.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Francis Marion University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Currently, I am pursuing a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Additionally, I hold professional engineer licenses in South Carolina and North Carolina.

Prior to joining LCK, I worked for a local general contractor and construction management firm for over twelve years beginning as an assistant project manager and ultimately serving as the Vice President of Construction Services. In this position, I oversaw the construction services division and personnel, developed growth and business strategies and maintained knowledge of industry trends and developments.

After one year as a Senior Project Manager at LCK, I was promoted to my current role.
