I am responsible for a variety of projects ranging from new construction to renovations and tenant improvements. My area of expertise includes financial forecasting and cost tracking, scheduling, dispute resolution, change management, contract negotiations, quality assurance and quality control and constructability reviews. As a Senior Project Manager, I focus on providing our clients the ability to be “hands-off” and trust LCK with their projects, knowing that we will hit our commitments. With an emphasis on preventing problems ahead of time and bringing solutions to the table when unexpected issues arise, I strive to ensure the least amount of variability in a perpetually changing market.

At LCK, we focus on the creation of successful teams, including aligning LCK’s internal preconstruction, project management and interiors teams with the owner, general contractor, architect and engineers. Ensuring all parties work together seamlessly is paramount to the success of any project.

I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Additionally, I was a member of the Construction Management Honors Society.

My career in project management started in Nashville, TN working for a top 20-ranked ENR General Contractor where I worked with nationally recognized residential and hospitality developers.

I am new to the Greenville, SC market after relocating with my family in Summer 2022. I look forward to getting involved in local organizations.

Outside of work, I am focused on my family and raising our children. I enjoy all things outdoors (gardening, camping, hunting) and have a curious mind that seeks out learning as much as I can.
