As a Project Manager at LCK, I represent owners of real estate in the successful delivery of new construction and renovation projects. I leverage my technical education and construction experience to be a good steward of the financial resources of others in the budgeting and execution of my assignments. My accountability starts at project inception as I am responsible for feasibility analyses and oversight of design and preconstruction activities. As projects migrate to the construction phase, it is my responsibility to manage an effective process that includes, among other tasks, monitoring the activities of the contractor and coordinating among all team members to successfully deliver the project on time and within budget.

My commercial construction background has exposed me to a broad array of product types. As a result, I bring a unique perspective and fresh ideas to my project management role at LCK. This background allows me to apply past experiences to the unique needs of each and every client and to take the lead in representing their objectives to the entire design and construction team. I am able to manage all of the intricacies of project details which will impact a successful outcome. My strengths in understanding permitting, preconstruction and construction execution help clients meet their desired schedule and budget.

The most rewarding part of my job is developing and maintaining long-term client relationships through the successful delivery of projects and through management practices that exceed their expectations. I am a relationship-driven manager who seeks to accomplish success through service excellence. ​

I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management with a minor in Business.

I have 14 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, previously working in various project management roles for large commercial construction companies. ​

I have dedicated time and resources to multiple local community service organizations such as American Heart Association (Hard Hats with Heart event), The First Tee of Charleston and Charleston Habitat for Humanity (volunteer framer and Play House Project event for children).

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, fishing, playing guitar, playing golf, Georgia Bulldogs football, skiing and reading.
