I provide executive leadership and oversight for LCK, responsible for the firm's strategic direction and daily operations as the company continues to grow and serve clients across the Southeast.
My background in institutional real estate development and construction provides me with a diverse range of experience in commercial development, asset management, property management and market/feasibility analysis. I bring that diverse experience to bear on our client’s behalf.
In addition to executive oversight, I take an active role in providing advisory services to assist our clients in strategic planning of their real estate and development needs.
Professional Accomplishments
I have held leadership roles with the Urban Land Institute and Historic Columbia, served as past chair of the Columbia Planning Commission, am a graduate of Leadership Charleston, and was recently recognized as a member of the South Carolina 500, a list of statewide impactful leaders.
In 2020 I received the Service Excellence award from Colliers | South Carolina and LCK.
Business and Educational Background
I have been in the development and asset management business since 1998, working in multiple markets across America, including Cincinnati, Atlanta and the entire Southeast from my home base in Columbia, SC. I have worked on just about any project type: office, medical, retail and industrial; mixed-use commercial; master-planned land developments; historic redevelopments, urban infill projects and public/private partnerships. By working on such a variety of projects, I have gained a unique perspective to assist clients throughout any project, big or small, simple or complex.
I’m a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate and studied international business at Audencia School of Management and Communication in Nantes, France. I earned the CCIM designation and Property Manager-in-Charge certification from the State of South Carolina Real Estate Commission.

- Historic Columbia Foundation, Palladium Society
Previously, I have served as Chairman for City of Columbia Planning Commission, ULI Midlands Young Leaders Chair from 2007 to 2009 and Reality Check Steering Committee from 2012 to 2013, served on the Board of Directors and Advocates for Historic Columbia from 2012 to 2015, was a graduate of the Leadership Charleston Class of 2010 and served as a past Board Member of the Congaree Vista Guild.
