Area of Expertise

I oversee the day-to-day management of a team of project managers and support staff delivering project management services for both ground-up and renovation projects. I develop strategies that maximize profitability, strengthen LCK’s service platform and establish policies and procedures that support the effective delivery of professional project management services. In addition, I serve as an executive project manager and relationship manager for key clients while continuing to personally manage select new construction and renovation projects.

Throughout my career as a project manager, I have gained extensive experience across a wide range of project types, including office, retail, residential and industrial construction. This depth of experience enables me to provide strong leadership to clients and project teams, helping deliver projects on time and within budget.

My past successes include highly recognized industrial and manufacturing facilities located throughout the Upstate region of South Carolina. My portfolio of experience spans across the state, including work at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and projects throughout the Grand Strand, the Midlands and the Upstate region of South Carolina.

Business and Educational Background

Since 1994, I have worked in real estate management and development, bringing extensive experience to each of LCK’s assignments. I joined LCK’s Columbia office in 2014 and relocated to Greenville in 2017 to lead the office and expand the firm’s project management services platform in the Greenville-Spartanburg.

Prior to joining LCK, I spent 19 years as facilities director and project manager with a real estate management and development company based in Myrtle Beach, where I managed a wide range of project types.

Community Involvement

I have been involved with ICSC for many years and earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation. I have been involved with Colliers’ and LCK’s United Way corporate campaign efforts as well as the company’s volunteer opportunities with HomeWorks, serving as a project coordinator in 2023 and 2024.
