Area of Expertise
LCK leverages my extensive background in corporate interiors and move management to serve a wide range of clients. My responsibilities are primarily focused on management of renovation and tenant improvement projects. I leverage my interiors expertise to advise on and manage procurements and placements for furniture, fixtures and equipment. With over two decades of experience in interior design and corporate planning, especially moves, adds and changes. I bring a unique perspective to space utilization. I excel in advising on interior design solutions that effectively maximize the value of LCK’s clients’ spaces. In addition to project management and interior design, I have over 20 years of expertise in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting for growth, as well as all critical elements for the long-term success of projects.
Professional Accomplishments
I have led multiple workplace strategy initiatives for large national corporations that have created open, flexible, collaborative work spaces that not only resulted in efficient space utilization, but also aided in employee recruitment and retention.
In 2019, I received the Colliers | SC and LCK Service Excellence Award.
Business and Educational Background
I attended an accredited program for Interior Design at Winthrop University. My professional experience has been as an owner’s representative, collaborating with the architect, engineers, contractor, operational personnel and other teams in facilities management. It has given me an incredibly valuable perspective – not only the in-depth viewpoint of the needs of the owner and users of spaces, but also a long-term perspective on the need for flexibility for space changes over time. My experience enables me to dig deep to identify each client’s comprehensive space needs, ensuring satisfaction with their finished space.
Community Involvement
I am a member of the International Interior Design Association as an Associate of the organization as well as an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network Midlands Chapter.
