As Founder and Chair Emeritus, my role at LCK focuses on community involvement, business development and the continuation of key client relationships.
Professional Accomplishments
I served as Chief Executive Officer of LCK for 32 years before transitioning into the position of Founder and Chair Emeritus.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors of First Community Bank and Lexington Medical Center. In addition, I am a member of the Midlands Business Leadership Group (MBLG). I have served in leadership roles of many other organizations and community projects throughout my career, including being a past Chair of the Board of Transitions and the Central SC Committee of 100. I served as secretary of the YMCA of Columbia Board of Directors and was also on the Board of Trustees of South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities.
I have served in senior leadership roles at the local and national levels of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), including President of the SC Chapter. Nationally I have served as Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President for Membership, IREM Foundation Board Member, IREM Faculty member and chair of numerous other committees within the organization.

Community Involvement
As an active member of Lexington Baptist Church, I teach adult Sunday School and have also served on the church’s Ministry Council as well as held leadership roles in personnel, stewardship and global missions committees in the past. I enjoy mentoring young professionals and watching them broaden their horizons as they mature in the workplace. I have also taught a weekly workplace Bible study since 2006.
