Area of Expertise

As a Project Manager, my efforts at LCK are focused on successfully managing the design and construction of all types of commercial, retail, municipal and industrial projects. It is my goal to lead projects through every step of the process while developing and leveraging key relationships along the way.

I enjoy becoming a valued part of my client’s team and serving as a vital resource not only in management of design and construction, but also in creating complex cost tracking systems which integrate with my clients’ cost management requirements.

My background in mechanical engineering allows me to bring a unique problem-solving approach to each assignment and a high level of understanding of the mechanical and plumbing components of building construction. In addition, I leverage my mechanical engineering education as LCK manages the design and construction of highly technical projects.

Through my work delivering projects on budget and on time, I help to accelerate the success of LCK’s projects through accuracy in budgeting, creativity in value engineering and quality control during the design and construction processes.

Business and Educational Background

I graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, I am a Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional in Mechanical Design. To earn this certification, I took courses and passed an exam to prove my ability to design and analyze parametric parts and moveable assemblies using a variety of complex features in SOLIDWORKS software.

Since joining LCK, I have served on project teams in development of projects ranging from $100,000 to $160MM including both renovations and ground-up construction.

Community Involvement

I enjoy serving my community by participating in Colliers/LCK Days of Service events. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf and being a part of recreational sports leagues.
