​ Columbia, SC | July 30, 2026 –​ LCK is pleased to announce the hiring of Tauana Kim and Jeff Fort. Fort has been hired as a Senior Project Manager and will work with owners leading their development projects across the state. Kim has been hired as an Assistant Project Manager to support the firm’s project teams.

Fort will specialize in owner representation for ground-up construction and renovation projects as well as tenant improvements and capital projects. He will have a strong focus on mitigating construction risks while ensuring our client’s goals and objectives for their projects are met.

In her new role, Kim will work alongside project management teams executing projects on our client’s behalf. Kim will play an important role in LCK’s project management services at the ​ Scout Motors plant and supplier park project in Blythewood, South Carolina.
