Max Kastenholz promoted to Project Manager at LCK
Charlotte, NC, | October 23, 2025 – LCK is pleased to announce that Max Kastenholz has been promoted to Project Manager and will be relocating to the firm’s Charlotte office.
In his new role, Kastenholz will assume greater responsibility for managing client projects, including renovations and new construction across the region. Since joining LCK in 2022, he has consistently demonstrated strong technical expertise and leadership skills. His knowledge of mechanical systems, preconstruction processes, cost management and value analysis has established him as a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Kastenholz began his career with LCK in the Columbia office as Preconstruction Services Manager before relocating to Charleston in 2023 to serve as Assistant Project Manager. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional in Mechanical Design.
