As Senior Project Manager with LCK, I oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, providing project management and strategic oversight to ensure successful delivery. With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I bring expertise across infrastructure, commercial and industrial sectors and am well-versed in a broad range of project delivery methods.
My strengths include preconstruction planning, cost estimating, scheduling, contractor coordination and quality and safety oversight. I am committed to best practices, accuracy and integrity in all aspects of project management, and I take pride in building strong relationships with owners, consultants, contractors and vendors to drive collaboration and exceed client expectations. I approach each project with a service-oriented mindset, focused on supporting both the people and projects entrusted to my care.
Business and Educational Background
Before joining Colliers, I have served as a project manager for multiple commercial projects across the Southeast valued at more than $140 million. My experience includes managing complex facilities, including food manufacturing and supply centers and climate-controlled self-storage developments, while ensuring competitive pricing, schedule adherence and quality execution.
I have also been responsible for both industrial and commercial projects maintaining multiple zero- accident projects while proactively managing risk to ensure financial and operational success. One of my most notable experiences was assisting with the emergency response to restore the water supply for the City of Columbia during the 2015 flood.
Community Involvement
Outside of work, I am happy coaching two youth soccer teams on which our four children play after previously spending many years refereeing professional and collegiate soccer.
Our family likes to be outside walking, riding, throwing and catching or inside playing board, cards and creative games together. I have also enjoyed volunteering and coordinating past volunteer efforts with United Way for many years and staying involved with our church.
