I represent the owner, work with tenants on property improvements and support capital improvement projects from planning phase into completion. I oversee consultants and manage budgets, contractors and project teams all while mitigating any safety or construction risk. As a trusted advisor to clients, I provide strategic guidance, oversee project execution, coordinate stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships to successfully deliver real estate and facility development initiatives.
My greatest strength is consistent and comprehensive communication. I am skilled at keeping stakeholders informed, aligned and engaged throughout every phase of a project by providing clear updates, proactively addressing issues, managing expectations and ensuring no critical details are overlooked. This approach builds trust, supports effective decision-making and contributes to successful project outcomes.
Business and Educational Background
Originally educated, licensed, and practiced as an architect I later transitioned into real estate development and investment, serving as an owner’s representative for both private developers and, most recently, a private real estate investment trust. Throughout my career, I have combined expertise in design and development to help guide complex projects through implementation.
In addition to my professional experience, I have been actively involved in community planning, design review and sustainability initiatives across South Carolina for more than 25 years. My leadership and service includes roles with the Urban Land Institute, local government design review boards, planning and sustainability committees, nonprofit organizations and community associations. These experiences reflect a long-standing commitment to thoughtful growth, high-quality design, environmental stewardship and the creation of vibrant, sustainable communities.
Personal
I recently served on the City of Greenville Urban Design Review Board and am passionate about community engagement. Outside of work, I enjoy cheering on the Clemson Tigers, running and playing golf.
