Alodia’s Cucina Italiana is a role-model, polished casual Italian restaurant. ​ Founded by Adam Huneau in 2008 in Irmo, South Carolina, Alodia’s has earned a reputation for superb food and quality service, having been recognized as one of the best restaurants in the state of South Carolina. ​ In 2015, Huneau launched an expansion plan that includes a target of twenty-five new locations. ​ As a result, the second Alodia’s was opened in Lexington, South Carolina, with a fresh décor and enlarged floor plan. ​ It has been a huge success, serving as a catalyst for additional growth in the marketplace.

​ LCK has served the owner of Alodia’s in several distinct capacities to accomplish this goal. ​ The most comprehensive role has been that of strategic advisor, not only in a real estate growth capacity, but also in debt evaluation and organizational/ownership structuring. ​ LCK has provided market analyses for proposed new sites and full-service project management for the development of new restaurant facilities. ​ Our role encompasses everything from managing the design of both the kitchen and the dining areas to assisting in procurement and placement of equipment and furnishings.

Construction of the Lexington project commenced in August, 2017, and was completed in January, 2018. ​ With the success of the Lexington restaurant, LCK has teamed with the retail brokerage team of its Colliers International partner to conduct a site search for a proposed third Alodia’s location. ​ In addition, LCK continues to advise ​ Huneau and his investors in additional development opportunities as well as in strategic real estate acquisition matters. ​
