LCK served as project manager/owner’s representative for multiple renovation and new construction projects for Providence Hospitals. The $90 million phased program began with a bed tower renovation at the downtown campus. Phase II encompassed the conversion of a general services hospital to an orthopedic specialty facility.

Columbia Nephrology’s 32,000 square foot medical office building was the pilot development for Park Central, a mixed-use development on Sunset Boulevard near Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, SC. LCK became involved with the assignment as design was being finalized and construction was getting underway. LCK’s project manager coordinated the development of the project with construction of the park’s infrastructure which was managed by others. The project was completed within budget and delivered early.

Carolina Pain Physicians constructed a new 12,000 square foot, two-story medical office building in Summerville, SC. The first floor was upfitted for the Carolina Pain Physician practice and the second floor was shelled for third-party tenant space. The building was developed on a site that required some creative site design solutions which resulted in a very attractive and functional concept. Total development cost was approximately $2.8 Million.

Genesis Health Care, Inc. renovated and expanded its medical office building and located at 211 S. Jones Street, Olanta, South Carolina. The project scope included expansions of the building at two elevations, totaling 6,000 new square feet. The two 3,000 square foot additions provided space for a new pharmacy and its associated offices and administrative space including a new break room. Fire protection was installed throughout the existing and expansion areas and parking areas were repaved.
