Founded by Adam Huneau in 2008 in Irmo, South Carolina, Alodia’s has earned a reputation for superb food and quality service, having been recognized as one of the best restaurants in the state of South Carolina. In 2015, Huneau launched an expansion plan that includes a target of twenty-five new locations. As a result, the second Alodia’s was opened in Lexington, South Carolina, with a fresh décor and enlarged floor plan. It has been a huge success, serving as a catalyst for additional growth in the marketplace.

If all three could be closed, they would serve as a catalyst for a complete façade renovation at the northern most section of the Center.

LCK was engaged by TTI to provide project management services for an 8,500 square foot Direct Tools Factory Outlet store located at the intersection of Orange Way and Ryobi Drive in Anderson, South Carolina. The newly constructed free-standing retail facility includes a public sales area, private offices, open office seating with work stations, conference room, breakroom, restrooms and truck loading dock with leveler system. The total cost for this project was $2.1 million.

Lowes Foods leased a former grocery store space at Forest Park Shopping Center and orchestrated a comprehensive renovation of the premises. Coinciding with the new Lowe’s Food store, exterior façade enhancements were made to the existing tenant spaces and the roof was replaced. Enhancements included installation of metal canopies, the addition of new brick and rock appointments and precast concrete trim. Site lighting was upgraded and the parking lot was milled and repaved, the Center’s monument sign was modernized and the entire premises received new landscaping. The new facelift and renovations were managed by LCK.
