Maggie works on LCK's preconstruction services team which focuses on the front-end phases of project management. Her role includes preparing comprehensive development budgets and line-item estimates with a high degree of accuracy at all phases of a project.

Max's efforts are focused on assisting in document reviews and quantity takeoffs, preparing preliminary estimates and performing coordination-related functions, including estimating, cost management and value analysis which is leveraged to accelerate planning and design phases.
Shanel Matthews
Project Coordinator
Shanel is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions, including the preparation of AIA agreements, presentations, proposals, reports and other special projects. She also maintains the LCK website and manages LCK’s social media channels.
